Privacy Policy

Effective August 2, 2026

BILLS OF RIGHT LLC operates this website and provides the services presented under the Employment Intelligence Systems working brand. WI 2030 is the website and outreach identity used for this Wisconsin-focused initiative.

1. Scope

This policy describes how BILLS OF RIGHT LLC handles information through wi2030.com, including the inquiry form, website analytics, and security services used to protect the site. It does not govern information exchanged under a future contract, agency data-sharing agreement, or separate service-specific notice.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect:

  • Your name, work email, organization, and role or title.
  • Your selected service need, desired timing, and message.
  • Your consent confirmation and basic submission records.
  • Technical and security information used to prevent spam and abuse, such as browser, device, network, and challenge-response data.
  • Website-use information collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (configured with Strict text masking), such as page activity, referral source, device category, and general location information.

Do not submit confidential participant records, protected health information, legal records, corrections records, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive case-level information through the website.

3. How information is used

  • Review and respond to agency, organization, and contractor inquiries.
  • Evaluate whether a pilot, consulting engagement, or subcontracting relationship may fit.
  • Schedule requested conversations and send inquiry acknowledgements.
  • Maintain inquiry records, improve website performance, and understand outreach effectiveness.
  • Protect the site, form, and connected systems from spam, fraud, misuse, and security threats.
  • Meet applicable legal, administrative, and recordkeeping obligations.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, security, analytics, email, spreadsheets, and scheduling. Current services include Cloudflare security tools and Google services such as Analytics, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the site, respond to your request, protect rights or security, comply with law, or support a future engagement you authorize.

5. Retention

Inquiry and related business records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, relationship management, security, administrative, or legal purposes. BILLS OF RIGHT LLC may refine these retention practices as its formal records policy develops.

6. Security

The site uses encrypted connections, managed hosting, spam protection, rate limiting, restricted inquiry storage, and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive participant-level or case-level information must not be submitted through this landing page.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable retention and legal requirements. Email privacy@wi2030.com or submit a request through the WI 2030 inquiry form, select “Another Wisconsin need,” and begin the message with “Privacy request.”

8. Children and participant records

This business-to-business website is not directed to children and is not designed to receive participant case information. Agencies and providers should use approved secure channels established under a written engagement before sharing protected or participant-level records.

9. Policy changes

This policy may be updated as services, vendors, professional contact channels, or operating practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.

Analytics choices and Microsoft Clarity

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after a visitor selects "Allow analytics." Microsoft Clarity may create interaction heatmaps and session replays, with Strict masking applied to all page text. Advertising personalization is disabled. Cloudflare may provide privacy-focused website performance analytics. Visitors may decline optional analytics and continue using the website and inquiry form.
