Accessibility Statement

BILLS OF RIGHT LLC is committed to making the WI 2030 website usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. This statement describes our goal and ongoing work; it is not a certification of complete conformance.

Accessibility measures

• Semantic headings and clearly labeled navigation.
• Keyboard-operable links, controls, and inquiry form fields.
• Visible focus styles and descriptive form instructions.
• Responsive layouts that support text resizing and reflow.
• Color and contrast choices designed for readable content.
• Status and error messages communicated in text.

Known limitations

Third-party services, browser features, or linked documents may not provide the same level of accessibility as the main website. We will address identified barriers within our control and provide a reasonable alternative when practicable.
